DO I HAVE TO PLACE MY ORDER ONLINE?
Yes you have to place your order online Lusty Chic can take a request via email and we will send an invoice, this is only if you find it difficult processing payment online.
If you would like to order over the email you will need to state the item number or the name of the item, and the size you wish to purchase and we will process this for you.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
We process all orders as soon as they are made so as your items reach you as quickly as possible. You can make changes to your order by contacting email@example.com if ordered between 2pm-9:30am as these orders will be processed the next day. You can also amend your order as many times as you like before clicking 'COMPLETE ORDER' on the checkout page.
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
Yes you can, if you have any concerns about your delivery address, please contact our Customer Support Team via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 1 hour after ordering before it has been processed. Unfortunately, we are unable to amend your delivery address once your order has been processed.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched which will contain tracking information so as you can keep an eye on the status of your order. Please contact our Customer Support Team if you need help tracking your order and they will help out with this.
Please remember that on some occasions it could take up until 9pm for the courier to deliver your package.
WHY HAS MY ORDER BEEN CANCELLED?
If your order has been cancelled it's likely the product has suddenly become unavailable. This is normally because the item has sold out due high demand. These cases are rare.
We will contact you as soon as possible - should your order be cancelled - to confirm the cancellation of your order. If your order contains additional items, we will dispatch the rest of your order and refund the out of stock item.
WHAT CURRENCIES DO YOU ACCEPT?
Your order will always be converted into pounds by your bank. You can select your currency preference at the top of the website; however these prices are only shown as a guide for you.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?
We understand that sometimes you change your mind about a style, or once you try it on, you're not wow'd by the final look. It happens and we don't mind. You can return the item(s) you're not lusting over; all we ask is:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed.
- Items must have all tags attached.
- You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to us.
- We reserve the right not to refund you if returned items are outside the terms of our returns policy.
- The cost of the returns must be paid by the customer - easy return labels are available (for UK customers only) unless we have sent you the wrong item/size, then we will provide you with a free returns label.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RETURN AN ITEM?
Returning an item to us is easy and simple. We always recommend that you return your parcel using a tracked service and retain your proof of postage until your refund is processed, just in case your item get's lost.
The method of return is your choice.
Postage costs are non-refundable to international destinations. We're sorry but we can't exchange stock and offer refunds only.
However, if the wrong item/size was sent, we will accommodate the exchange swiftly and refund your postage cost and the cost of the item for sending the incorrect item back to us.
We always ask that you retain a copy of your postage receipt until you receive your refund, just in case we need to track your parcel back to us.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
Returns are processed within 48 hours of your parcel reaching our showroom.
Please note: It may take 3-5 working days for the refund to show in your account.
When refunding your order we will refund you for the postage costs and the cost of the item you have bought.
Please inform us within 7 days if there is a problem with your order.
Once everything has been processed we will send you an email containing all of the details of your refund. If you have any questions about your refund, just let our team know by sending us an email to email@example.com
CAN I HAVE AN EXCHANGE INSTEAD OF A REFUND?
Yes we do offer exchanges (UK Customers Only) If you would like a size up or a size down in the same style as you have bought, please request this on your invoice and return to our returns address, once we have received this we will send out the correct size for you.
Sadly we don’t offer exchanges for international customers as we can’t guarantee your size will be available by the time we receive your item.
For both UK customers and international customers we do recommend that you return your item to us for a refund, and then place a new order as soon as you can to get the item of your choice as we cannot guarantee stock will still be there once we have received your item at our returns address.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM?

Complete your order in 5 easy steps
Select your size, colour and quantity before adding to cart. Be sure to view our Size Guide to make sure you choose the right size, you can also contact us for more assistance with conversions.
Once you're ready to Checkout, click the cart on the top right of the page, or click "View Cart". You will be taken to a summary page showing you a list of items you are about to purchase. Click Checkout to continue.
We accept Card or PayPal payments online, alternatively you can pay via Bank Transfer but you must contact us to notify us you would like to pay with this option.
During the checkout process, you will be required to enter a valid email address and shipping information. The next page will take you to the payment page where you complete your order.
Lastly, we will send you an email confirmation as proof and a reminder of your purchase.
HOW DO I KNOW HOW MUCH I PAY FOR SHIPPING?
Once you reach the checkout page, after you have filled our your customer information you will reach the shipping method page, this will show you the different shipping options.

The next step will be to complete the order and you will then receive your confirmation email along with the tracking number for your order.
