- If you wish to return you must do so within 30 days of receiving your item(s). Lusty Chic will ONLY accept returns received within 30 days from day of purchase.
- Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all accessories and product tags attached.
- Defective items must be reported within 7 days of receiving. If you believe you have received an incorrect item or size, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your package, we will then either exchange the item for you or refund you.
- Merchandise purchased online via the Denim Crush website can be returned to our warehouse. Bodysuits and swimwear are non-returnable - due to hygienic reasons.

|1. Fill out the reason for your return on the invoice and pack the invoice (your original packing slip) in with the item(s) being returned. If you do not provide your original invoice or a returns slip with your order number; processing your refund will be delayed. If you have lost your invoice please leave a note in the parcel with your name, address and order number and we will be able to refund you.|
2. Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible.
All items must be returned in their original condition (including all parts & accessories) with tags attached. Items must be unworn and unwashed.
We do not accept returns for Swimwear or bodysuits.
3. Please return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving them. Make sure you retain your receipt as proof of postage for returned items.
We highly recommend you send via a tracked method until you have received your refund, we are not held responsible for any lost returns.
You will receive your refund 48 hours after your return has reached our warehouse. This includes the price of your item and the postage costs if all items are returned.
Shoe Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from Denim Crush. However, if you are not satisfied with your shoes, we will accept returns up to 30 days after purchase.
Refunds will be issued if the following conditions are met:
- All items must be unworn
- All Items must be in their original packaging
- You must include the original invoice
- Returned by tracked Mail service
UK Customers can contact us for an easy returns label only if we have sent the wrong item/size.
We do offer exchanges, our reasoning is simple, if you need the size up or size down in the same style as you ordered we will be able to process an exchange for you.
Unfortunately we cannot exchange items for a different style. However our products are in high demand and if you send back the item you want to exchange, we cannot guarantee the replacement item will be available at the time of exchange and in this case we will refund you for your this.
We do recommend to purchase the correct size/item first to guarantee the stock and then to return your item(s) to our returns address. Your refund will be issued 48 hours after we receive the returned item(s).
OR you can send out your parcel to our returns address and once we receive your item we will process your refund and you will receive this within 48 hours and then this enables you to purchase the correct size/item.
